Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Body Shop Detailer to join our team at Bravo Auto Group. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for automotive care, and the ability to deliver exceptional results. In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning, refurbishing, and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality before they are returned to customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, including washing, waxing, polishing, and vacuuming.
- Apply cleaning agents and techniques specific to various surfaces and materials, ensuring optimal care for vehicles.
- Inspect and identify areas of concern, such as scratches, dents, or other imperfections, and communicate findings to the Body Shop management team.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the detailing area and body shop, adhering to safety standards and procedures.
- Utilize and maintain detailing tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Assist in minor repairs or touch-ups as needed, including applying protective coatings or sealants.
- Work collaboratively with body shop technicians and other team members to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in automotive detailing or a related field is a plus but not required; we will provide training for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and care products is an advantage.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to [insert weight]) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
