Assembly Operator (All Shifts)

o Follow standardized work instructions for the assembly of components in accordance with top/sub level drawings.
o The Manufacturing of electronics/mechanical parts assembly's that require good hand eye coordination
o Read and comprehending manufacturing drawings and S.O.Ps./ OMS
o 5s - Ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained during the shift and on the responsible areas.
o Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties.
o Follow all direction and safety protocols.
o Using hydraulic presses
o Use small hand tools
o Experience (1+ years preferred)

Follow standardized work instructions for the printing and assembly of components in accordance with component level drawings
Demonstrate soldering and some light tig welding skills
Read and comprehending manufacturing drawings regarding printing sheets for production
Ensure high cleanliness standards are maintained during printing and component assembly
Ensure first time assembly success and minimizing material waste attributed to manufacturing workmanship
Demonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all duties

Required Skills & Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

o Soldering (J-Standard or IPC certified)
o Experience using microscopes
o Mechatronics AA degree/certification
