About the Role
We’re hiring a Billing Analyst I to help keep our billing processes accurate, efficient, and compliant. This role involves working across departments to resolve discrepancies, update billing systems, and analyze data to support our revenue cycle goals. If you’re organized, analytical, and experienced in healthcare billing, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain billing records, contracts, pricing, and account details


• Review and update payor fee schedules and internal price tracking


• Research and complete templates for new payor adds


• Analyze billing data for trends, errors, and improvement opportunities


• Help forecast revenue and report on billing performance


• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and user training


• Keep documentation (WI/SOPs) current and accurate


• Manage access requests for payor portals and maintain resource matrices


• Complete requests within 24 hours to meet SLAs

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years in billing, A/R, or financial analysis


• Experience with DME and oxygen billing


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail


• Brightree experience preferred, or ability to learn quickly


• Comfortable using Excel and billing platforms (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)


• Great communicator who works well with cross-functional teams

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with SOP/WI documentation


• Familiarity with Salesforce


• Knowledge of healthcare RCM and large-scale ERP systems
