Machine Operator – 1st Shift

Location :  Kansas City, Mo

Schedule :  Monday–Friday,

1st shift :  6 : 30 AM – 2 : 30 PM

2nd shift : 2 : 30PM - 12 : 30AM

Pay :  $21 – $29 per hour (based on experience & shift )

We are seeking reliable and motivated  Machine Operators  to join our 1st shift team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team. Apstar Flexo Die Cutter

Lattitude Flexo Die Cutter

McKinley Rotary Die Cutter

Hycorr Rotary Die Cutter

Matsu Flat Bed Die Cutter

J&L Folder Gluers

Automation Labeler

Responsibilities :

Read and follow instructions provided by supervisors.

Operate machinery and work collaboratively with a team on assigned projects.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Maximize efficiency and meet piece-rate goals on assigned tasks.

Cross-train in other roles as needed to support team flexibility.

Accurately complete required reports, including production, machine status, safety, and quality data.

Submit work orders for equipment repairs and assist in proactive maintenance efforts.

Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.

Follow and help optimize the production schedule to meet cost, quality, and service goals.

Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :

Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred.

Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
