[job_card.job_description]Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients, including those with multisystem organ failure, respiratory failure, and other critical conditions. Manage ventilator settings and care of ventilated patients. Administer continuous IV sedation and medications as needed. Conduct cardiac monitoring and respond to emergency situations. Interpret dysrhythmias and manage related complications. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, and more. Minimum of 2 years of Medical ICU experience required. Proficient in IV start and telemetry. Experience with ventilators is essential. Must have EPIC experience for charting. Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) Previous travel nursing experience. Proficiency in the EPIC documentation system. Multisystem Organ Failure Respiratory Failure COVID-19 Sepsis Post-Cardiac Arrest Diabetic Ketoacidosis (DKA) Liver Failure Renal Failure Continuous Glucose Monitoring for Hyperglycemia Externalized IV Pumps for COVID-19 Positive Patients NxStage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) Alaris IV Pump GE Cardiac Monitor GE Ventilator Boom Lift in Each Patient Room Vision benefits Life insurance Weekly pay License and certification reimbursement Guaranteed Hours Referral bonus Medical benefits Dental benefits
