What Our Warranty Administrators Do

• Review and process warranty claims submitted by technicians and service advisors to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines.
• Verify and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer for reimbursement, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
• Monitor the status of warranty claims and follow up with manufacturers on unpaid or denied claims.
• Ensure that all documentation required by the manufacturer for warranty claims is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with service managers and technicians to ensure proper documentation of warranty repairs.
• Reconcile warranty payments with claims submitted, ensuring all warranty credits are properly applied.
• Stay up to date with manufacturer bulletins, recalls, and warranty policy changes.

Your Pre-Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warranty administrator or service department role preferred. Familiarity with automotive warranty processes and manufacturer requirements is highly desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and warranty processing systems.
