Key Responsibilities

• Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times
• Interfacing with vendors, production supervisors and customers to gather and distribute data in efficient and timely manner
• Identify, report, and assist in the deployment of opportunities for improvement within our operations or markets
• Creating/maintaining excel spreadsheets and databases
• Matching pick tickets to Bills of Lading and production backup
• Match invoices to purchase orders
• Record data in order to update and maintain accounting records
• Maintain and develop automated accounting systems, controls, and procedures
• Prepare and develop reports for direct management and/or regulatory authorities
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Minimum 2 years or related experience or training
• Advanced experience with Excel and Pivot tables

• Associates degree from an accredited college or university
