Material Program Manager (MPM)
Raytheon is seeking a Material Program Manager (MPM) with experience in proposal writing and interested in hands-on involvement. The MPM will be highly motivated and capable of developing and achieving organizational and program objectives. This candidate will successfully interface with all levels of internal management and external supplier management. This role is in support of the Advanced Programs portfolio of proprietary programs located onsite in McKinney, Texas.
This position is contingent upon a contract award. Employment in this role will only be extended if the program is awarded to the Munitions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have project management skills and be directly accountable for ensuring overall execution of materials management. Ensure program success to cost / schedule / quality, and partner with our internal acquisitions team to manage supplier performance in meeting program needs.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
