Pay: $16$18 per hour


The Learning Experience Beltline is seeking a caring and dependable Infant Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with babies, supporting early milestones, and creating a calm, nurturing environment where infants feel safe, secure, and loved.

What Youll Do

• Provide a safe, warm, and responsive environment for infants
  
  
• Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and playtime
  
  
• Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities using our L.E.A.P. curriculum
  
  
• Observe and document developmental milestones
  
  
• Communicate daily with families about their childs care and progress
  
  
• Work closely with your classroom team to maintain a clean, organized, and comforting space
  
  
• Follow all health, safety, and licensing guidelines

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
  
  
• Experience working with infants or young children preferred
  
  
• ECE coursework or degree is a plus
  
  
• Must meet Michigan state licensing requirements
  
  
• Patient, nurturing, and dependable
