Key Responsibilities
Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates, addressing barriers and guiding them through hiring milestones
Monitor and manage candidate progression through various systems to ensure efficient movement through the hiring funnel
Review documentation and conduct compliance checks to ensure readiness for state and national audits
Qualifications & Competencies
High School Diploma or GED
2+ years of experience in a recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support role managing a high volume of candidates
Strong experience in building rapport and providing exceptional customer service through various communication methods
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple candidates at different stages
Strong technical aptitude to efficiently navigate applicant tracking systems and hiring automation platforms
