Your New Role : The Privacy Manager, Operations will manage the privacy operation team and oversee the day-to-day privacy operations processes, working closely with technology, legal, and product partners to ensure regulatory compliance SLAs are met.

Your Role Accountabilities :

Manage Privacy Operations :

• Responsible for overseeing daily privacy operations, including ensuring global IRR / DSARs are completed within the regulatory SLA.
• Management of the externally facing WBD privacy inbox, including triaging and responding to consumer requests and inquiries.
• Ensuring global process playbooks remain current and updated to comply with new regulations or changes to existing regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and legal teams to modify processes in response to new or changing regulations.
• Work closely with the GPS Projects team to transition the BAU function of any new project upon go-live.
• Accountable for calculating privacy operations metrics, including CCPA metrics published on the WBD Privacy Center.
• Engage with Privacy Legal partners on complex IRR issues or inbox inquiries.
• Track and escalate regulatory inquiries as needed.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
