Multi-state design firm is seeking a Water / Wastewater Group Leader for their team in Omaha!

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for department overall performance leadership and staff management
  • Assist with short / long-term strategic planning
  • Build / maintain client relationships
  • Assist with business development
  • Mentor / train junior staff
  • Lead multiple projects simultaneously
  • Project management duties

Requirements :

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • 7 years of experience in the consulting industry
  • 3 years of experience of supervisory experience
  • Experience with daily management / leadership

    • Salary is commensurate with experience.

    Successful applicant must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
