Project Cost Controller

A company is looking for a Project Cost Controller to track and control project costs.

Key Responsibilities

Track and control costs associated with projects

Review and track invoices and contractors, and administer project change control documentation

Perform data entry for reporting activities related to project cost control

Required Qualifications

Higher education in construction / project management, engineering, business, accounting, or finance

Several years of experience in implementing project controls methodologies on large-scale construction projects

Experience in project cost control activities with demonstrable application of project management concepts

Certifications from PMI or AACE are preferred

Proficiency in Excel and understanding of construction projects, contracting, and accounting principles
