Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
• Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person ordepartment
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with administrative tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a front desk and administrative work
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
