Key Responsibilities
Conduct market benchmarking and provide compensation recommendations
Lead job scoping and ensure consistency across job frameworks
Manage compensation-related transactions and support incentive administration
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience in compensation at a mid to senior level
Strong understanding of market data and compensation analysis
Experience with job benchmarking and job architecture discussions
Hands-on experience with Workday is highly preferred
Experience with incentive programs and bonus administration is a plus
