Hanover, MD | $20+ / hr (based on experience)

AquaSafe Pool Management is looking for a skilled and reliable Construction Crew Leader (or Assistant Crew Leader, depending on experience) to join our growing team. This role is hands-on, leading and working alongside a crew on pool renovations and construction projects across the MD, VA, and DC area.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, train, and oversee masonry and construction crew members.

Perform skilled labor, including :

Tile, brick, and stone replacement

Concrete demolition and resurfacing

Rebar installation and excavation

Major pool repairs and renovations

Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Communicate professionally with clients and provide project updates.

Submit progress reports and completed projects.

Requirements

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Previous masonry and / or construction experience required.

Pool renovation experience preferred.

Prior leadership / crew management experience strongly preferred.

Valid U.S. driver's license (company vehicle provided for travel).

Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions in English.

Availability Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM – 5 PM (occasional Saturdays or extended hours as needed).
