A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Configuration Information Management.
Key Responsibilities
Analyzes data to determine configuration changes and manages coding for benefit plans and provider contracts
Researches and resolves claim issues, ensuring adherence to business requirements
Participates in application upgrades, assists in developing configuration standards, and trains team members
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in configuration information management or analyst experience in healthcare operations
Advanced experience with claims processing systems and verifying documentation
Experience validating information related to provider contracting and benefits
Analytical and critical-thinking skills with flexibility to meet changing requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP / Pivot Tables)
