Facility Management IWMS Operator
Merrimack NH
Contract - 1st Shift, 9/80
Hours: 8am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate: $22.48/Hr.
Benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401k
REQUIREMENTS: Facility Management IWMS Operator
  • US Citizenship
  • High school graduate
  • 2-3 years of experience in IWMS operation, facility data management, facilities drafting or a related field
  • Basic AutoCAD proficiency
  • Basic REVIT proficiency a plus
  • Intermediate Excel proficiency required
  • Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,
JOB DESCRIPTION: Facility Management IWMS OperatorThe Facility Management IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management System) Operator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the facility management system. This includes managing and maintaining accurate data, generating reports, and providing support to facility management teams.

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES: Facility Management IWMS Operator
  • Operate and maintain the IWMS system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Manage and update facility data, including space, assets, and maintenance records
  • Maintain floor plans and associated space details for publishing to IWMS system
  • Generate reports and provide data analysis to support facility management decisions
  • Provide technical support and training to facility management teams
  • Collaborate with facility management teams to identify and resolve issues
PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS: Facility Management IWMS Operator
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience with IWMS systems (e.g., Tririga, Archibus, FMX, or similar) is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with IFMA and BOMA standards
  • Experience in facility management or a related field
  • Knowledge of database management and reporting tools
