Job Title : Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location : Mechesney Park, IL 61115

Pay Rate : $90 / hour

Contract Length : 42 Weeks

Schedule : Monday - Friday

Start Date : begins August 26; sessions start September 3

Work Arrangement : IN PERSON ONLY

Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to support students in Mechesney Park, IL. This role offers flexibility with options for remote work , though in-person candidates are preferred . The position runs for 42 weeks , with orientation beginning on August 26 and sessions starting on September 3 .

Responsibilities :

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students to enhance their ability to participate fully in school activities.
  • Evaluate students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements :

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license / certification in Illinois.
  • Experience working in school settings preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Availability for Monday through Friday schedule.
  • Ability to attend Teacher Institute Day starting August 26 and session start on September 3.

  • 42-week contract
  • $90 / hour , paid weekly
  • Flexible work arrangement : remote or in-person (preference for in-person)
