Job Description:

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Requires basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience and may require vocational or technical education. May require the following proficiency: • Works under moderate supervision. • Problems are typically of a routine nature, but may at times require interpretation or deviation from standard procedures. • Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation. Incumbents may have responsibility for one or more of the following: warehousing, distribution, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, report defects and maintain transport equipment.

• Plan logistics to insure on-time delivery; Hours will vary.

• Obey all applicable traffic and freight-carrier regulations and laws.

• Meet performance expectations.

• Assist in loading / unloading.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.

• Relocate trailer assets at our facility.

• Maintain a safe work record.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 3 years of accident-free tractor-trailer driving experience

• Previous roll-off truck experience strongly preferred

• Strong commitment to safety and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is $ - $ Typically, a competitive wage for new hires will fall between $ to $ Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. If the competitive wage is equal in both fields, the starting rate is the same for all applicants that apply for this role. The starting rate is not representative of future compensation increases. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
