[job_card.job_description]Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide treatment that is consistent with clinical impressions and working diagnoses. Provide appropriate, accurate and complete electronic medical record entries, in a timely manner. Demonstrate familiarity with EPSDT statues and immunization schedules, and contraindications. Valid Physician license Valid Board Certification Ability to meet and deal effectively with clients, associates and the general public. Basic business English, spelling and punctuation skills

Pay Details :
- Salary Range : Up to $220,000 depending on experience

- Direct Hire
- Location : Clinics located in through out the valley, but they are hiring in Mesa, AZ currently
- Schedule : 8 to 5, office open Monday to Friday
