We’re seeking a visionary Senior Digital Supply Chain Transformation Leader for end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, transportation, and logistics, to deliver the most compelling and differentiated supply chain cloud capabilities possible. This leader will design and deliver world class process & systems across the end-to-end supply chain for our global cloud infrastructure organization. This is your chance to directly shape how AWS plans, scales, and delivers the infrastructure powering the digital world.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading large-scale digital Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations, defining “Art of the Possible” scalable processes, understanding internal and external customers’ needs, conducting readiness and capability assessments, defining business rules, standards, and system capabilities.

Achieving measurable gains in agility, speed, and cross-functional alignment that impacts operational, financial, and customer aspects while eliminating friction, driving productivity, protecting customer promise, and hyper scaling infrastructure delivery.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Supply-Chain, or related quantitative field.

• 6+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience in defining business requirements, opportunities, and key capabilities within supply chain operations while implementing comprehensive end-to-end solutions that enhance visibility, control, collaboration, and orchestration across processes and digital analytics platforms.
• 6+ years of core project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Experience building and scaling high-performing teams that drive measurable business impact.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133,800 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $231,300 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
