Position Overview

Were seeking a Pre-Production Assistant to join our company production team. This role serves as a liaison between Sales and Production, ensuring smooth coordination from order placement through production. Youll work closely with multiple departments to help oversee all pre-production details. From labeling to sample management, your role will ensure they are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assign UPCs when orders are received
  • Order and track price tickets, RFID, and labels with Production
  • Record and send out samples or swatches to clients
  • Communicate with internal teams to confirm order accuracy and delivery timelines
  • Support the Sales team with order follow-ups and production tracking

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Apparel industry experience is strongly preferred
  • Familiar with Excel; knowledge of EDI, UPC, and ticketing systems a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Able to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced work environment
