Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and redesign of internal digital platforms and tools
Partner with Research teams to execute and analyze user research
Create and manage project design systems in Figma
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in UX / UI Design, product design, graphic design, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a UX / UI designer or similar role
Proficiency in design and prototyping software such as Figma
Experience in creating detailed user journey maps and user flows
