CDL A Driver - Paving

We are looking for a dependable and safety-minded CDL Driver to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for transporting materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites and company yards-playing a vital role in keeping our paving operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Hours for the position are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. Start time is approximately 7:00 am

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate heavy-duty trucks to transport materials and equipment to various job sites.
• Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Follow designated routes and schedules
• Adhering to safety protocols
• Assisting with the loading and unloading of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Must possess a valid CDL A license and a clean driving record
• Knowledge of working in the paving/asphalt or construction industry is a plus
• Experience in operating and maintaining heavy-duty trucks and related equipment
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and traffic regulations
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections and basic maintenance
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift materials as needed
