Central Window Cleaning is looking for Residential Technicians who are self-motivated, take pride in their work, and enjoy being on their feet all day in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. What You'll Do:

• Clean windows on the interior and exterior of client homes
• Perform gutter cleaning and power washing (we train you in all services)
• Safely carry, set, and climb ladders; occasionally walk roofs
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions - including rain and cold
• Deliver professional, friendly service to our loyal residential clients

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in window cleaning, general trades, or field service preferred
• Comfortable with heights and using ladders
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Strong work ethic and high attention to detail
• Self-motivated with a pride-in-ownership mindset
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
