The Blood Center is now interviewing for a full-time Donor Engagement Coordinator. This position is responsible for helping to develop and implement strategic communications and promotional initiatives that increase awareness, encourage blood donations and strengthen donor relationships. This role combines creativity, digital savvy, and a passion for saving lives through impactful messaging and engaging campaigns across social media, print media, and community outreach platforms. Experience with graphics/design software, public address systems and audio/visual equipment and a high level of creativity is a must! A college degree in marketing/communications or related field is desirable. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and own transportation. This position requires excellent planning, marketing/social media, organizational, communication and customer service skills.

POSITION'S PRIMARY PURPOSE

Support the recruitment/collections departments efforts toward achieving corporate goal by coordinating the development and implementation of donor center promotions, mobile special events and donor recognition programs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Licenses: Valid driver's license

Education: College degree in marketing/communications or related field is desirable

Experience: One year promotions, marketing or special events experience

Specific Skills: Excellent organizational skills, communication skills, good customer service skills, planning
and marketing skills
