Senior Manager, Threat Detection

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Threat Detection and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Threat Detection Analysts, focusing on hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management

Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and accurate alert triage, escalation, and documentation

Monitor key performance metrics to guide continuous improvement and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

3+ years in physical security operations, GSOC / SOC, or a closely related operational environment

1+ years managing or leading teams in a 24 / 7 or high-tempo setting

Experience creating and managing shift schedules in 24 / 7 operations

Strong people management skills, including setting expectations and performance management

Hands-on management approach with a focus on enabling the team and continuous improvement
