** Responsibilities** :

Provides skilled Therapy services on an intermittent basis to clients in their homes under the direction from the Registered Therapist.

** Requirements** :

1. Must be a graduate of an approved school giving a course of not less than two years
2. Must be licensed by the State
3. Must have a criminal background check
4. Must have current CPR certification
