On-Site Manager

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking On-Site Managers in the following locations:·Fort Liberty, North Carolina·Fort Campbell, Kentucky·Fort Drum, New York·Fort Stewart, Georgia This position is contingent upon contract award.

How Role will make an impact:

• On-site manager works on premise at each MTC during operating hours.
• Routinely interfaces with the MTC Director and provides MTC Director status updates relating to all contractor performance requirements.
• Responsible for all contractor performance requirements at the MTC as well as for overall scheduling, and management coordination, oversees training execution, and manages contractor continuing education/training.

What you’ll need to have to join our award-winning team:

• Clearance: Must posses and maintain an active Top-Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility
• Bachelor’s degree, subject immaterial. Graduated from the Army CGSC, Intermediate Level Education (ILE), or equivalent level military schooling.
• At least 8 years of experience with (a) military training and training support and (b) operations and training requirements at brigade or higher level. Minimum 5 years of experience with training management in an MTC or similar operation.

• Successfully served as a CSL BN/BDE commander or a BN/BDE executive officer (XO) or S3.
