Key Responsibilities
Formulate strategic talent acquisition plans and achieve hiring goals
Lead the Talent Acquisition team, focusing on performance and development
Collaborate to implement sourcing strategies for critical positions
Required Qualifications
BA / BS preferred
Minimum of 10 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
Experience in a healthcare organization
Strong business acumen with an understanding of high volume recruiting
Proficient in building dynamic presentations for executives
