What You'll Achieve as a Full Time Management Associate

Assist management in daily operations and strategic execution of sales and customer service initiatives for the Frontier campaign.

Coach, train, and mentor entry-level team members to boost performance and develop their skills.

Set team goals, track metrics, and support performance reviews to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Identify performance gaps and implement targeted coaching strategies for immediate, measurable results.

Contribute to campaign planning, territory coverage, and resource optimization to maximize outreach.

Handle escalated customer concerns directly, modeling best practices and maintaining service excellence.

Support recruitment and onboarding efforts, helping to build a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Compile and deliver detailed performance reports and market insights to inform senior leadership decisions.
