Are you a high-energy, people-loving leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Bilingual Area Manager (English / Spanish) to lead our team in a high-volume, 24-hour restaurants located in the heart of the city.
As an Area Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind a dynamic operation — inspiring your teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining excellence in every aspect of the business. This role is ideal for someone who brings ambition, energy, and genuine passion for people to the table every day.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a large, diverse team in a fast-paced environment
- Manage daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and product quality
- Drive sales and profitability through smart business decisions and team engagement
- Oversee labor, inventory, and food cost controls of group of locations
