Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

These are functions a qualified incumbent or applicant must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Manage P&P / SUE work from beginning to end
• Major responsibilities include coordination and input on proposals, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality of work, directing project efforts and maintaining client relationships.
• Plan construction processes
• Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget
• Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback
• Monitor project schedules and report on project progress to ensure timely completions of work
• Implement safety and quality guidelines
• Resolve on-site issues and emergencies
• Leading and managing the on-site team.
• Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field and change orders.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE

SALARY RANGE : $85k to $105K (DOE)
