Key Responsibilities :

• Welcome and seat guests, ensuring they feel at home.
• Utilize suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Record orders accurately, ensure prompt delivery, and follow up to guarantee happiness with the meal.
• Prepare delicious desserts and beverages to delight our guests.
• Clear tables and reset them efficiently for the next guests.
• Handle payments securely and according to established cash handling procedures.
• Perform cleaning and stocking duties as assigned to maintain a tidy environment.
• Assist colleagues in their service tasks to foster teamwork.
• Must be able to stand and walk for a 4 to 8-hour shift.
• Complete any other tasks assigned by your Supervisor.
