Product Manager, In-Store Experiences

About The Job

In this role, you'll own RADAR's mobile applications and shopper-facing products that shape how people interact with our technology every day. You'll help evolve RADAR Core (Lookup, Restock, ROA) from a productivity tool into a broader associate and shopper experienceexpanding into strategic partnerships and exploring direct-to-consumer opportunities.

You'll play a key role in driving results in competitive, high-impact recruiting environments by partnering closely with hiring leaders to define role expectations and success metrics. Using data-driven insights, you'll develop targeted sourcing strategies that build strong, diverse talent pipelines. Clear communication, regular updates, and market feedback will ensure alignment across stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

As a visible leader for in-store experiencesthe most public face of RADARyou'll help shape our consumer-facing strategy and define whether we remain a B2B2B company or grow into a consumer brand through partnerships with platforms like Shopify and Google.

About You

You build products people love by combining delight and functionalitybalancing the needs of associates, shoppers, and retail leaders. You're energized by exploring new opportunities, defining entirely new categories, and working at the crossroads of design, technology, and business strategy. Required :

  • You have 6+ years in product management; 2+ years owning consumer or mobile products.
  • You have a track record of shipping high-quality iOS / Android experiences at scale.
  • You have a strong design sensibility and care for UX and product craft.
  • You have experience collaborating closely with design, engineering, and data teams.
  • You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and defining strategy.

Preferred :

  • You have retail product experience : associate tools, clienteling, mobile POS, or in-store tech.
  • You have consumer retail apps : loyalty, shopping, BOPIS / curbside pickup, mobile commerce.
  • You have platform integrations : Shopify, Google; retail tech partnerships.
  • You have Omnichannel strategy bridging online and offline retail.
  • You have Marketplace / discovery / recommendation background.
  • At RADAR, your pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role is an exempt position with a salary range of $100,000 - $200,000. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training. You will also be eligible to receive other benefits including : equity, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, life and disability benefits, 401k plan, flexible time off, and paid parental leave. The pay range listed for this position is a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible base compensation at the time of posting.

    In your first 30 days, you will :

  • Deeply understand RADAR Core by observing associates using Lookup, Restock, and ROA in stores.
  • Review partnership discussions with Shopify, Google Shop, and other integrations.
  • Map the competitive landscape for mobile and shopper experiences.
  • Audit the current roadmap and identify quick wins.
  • In your first 60 days, you will :

  • Define product strategy across associate productivity and shopper experiences.
  • Ship meaningful UX improvements to RADAR Core to reduce friction and improve usability.
  • Develop a partnership roadmap with milestones for Shopify and Google Shop integrations.
  • Prototype shopper-facing features with design and engineering.
  • In your first 90 days, you will :

  • Define the long-term vision balancing B2B2B and potential B2C strategies.
  • Establish KPIs for adoption, engagement, NPS, and feature usage.
  • Launch a pilot or beta demonstrating value beyond productivity tools.
