    Responsibilities

    The Flex Staffing and Scheduling Coordinator works closely with clinical managers and supervisors to anticipate and meet daily staffing needs. This role is responsible for addressing fluctuating demands, adjusting schedules accordingly, maintaining accurate timekeeping, and scheduling records, and providing support to flex staff, leaders, and employees.

    Qualifications

    Education

  • High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required Experience
  • 3 years of experience in a healthcare setting required
  • Experience with UKG Dimensions (Kronos) or other timekeeping / scheduling systems preferred
