Program Manager, DOW (TS)

We are searching for Program Manager with 8-10 years of industry experience to oversee our DOW portfolio.

Responsibilities:

DOW Program Management

· Oversee the successful execution of DOW programs, ensuring positive outcomes to adhere to high standards of timely delivery, quality, and customer engagement.

· Lead and supervise on-site teams to ensure delivery of products and services is met.

· Manage cost, schedule and performance for all contract actions, program and contract files.

· Establish and proactively manage risk management profiles.

· Maintain full accountability for the profit and loss of assigned contracts, optimizing financial performance and efficiency.

· Regularly engage and meet with DOW customers to ensure exceptional service delivery, address any customer concerns, and foster relationships for future business development.

· Provide monthly briefings to RedSky management on the status of contracts/projects, highlighting successes, pinpointing challenges, and discussing profitability, staffing, and strategic concerns.

· Oversee and facilitate the professional growth of team members, including the necessary training and certifications are achieved to meet the position requirements.

· Recruiting and hiring on site team members, onboarding, and initial training.

· Cultivate a growth-oriented mindset within the team, identifying and pursuing new opportunities for business expansion within the DOW sector.

· Reports to the RedSky Chief Operating Officer

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· Possesses 8-10 years of industry experience with DOW program management in managing programs, contract profitability/loss, service delivery, and supervising on site teams.

· Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.

· Effective leadership and interpersonal communication abilities, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams, managing customer relationships, and overseeing complex programs.

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, IT Management, (or related technical field), or Project Management. Advanced degree or relevant certifications such as PMP preferred.
