IT Systems Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and collaborate on IT disaster recovery initiatives to improve internal services for stakeholders

Create dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI, Splunk, and Monday.com to monitor and enhance IT processes

Document and track enhancements in Business Continuity modules within ServiceNow and other project management tools

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related role

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework; Certified Scrum Master preferred

Knowledge of SRE / DevOps practices for automating workflows and streamlining operations

Hands-on experience with automation tools such as scripting, Power Automate, and AI tools
