Ballyhoo Hospitality is currently seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our talented team at Jackman & Co .  We are an expanding restaurant group offering opportunities for professional development. The Assistant General Manager at Ballyhoo Hospitality supports the General Manager in leading all aspects of restaurant operations including recruiting & hiring restaurant staff, training, marketing strategies, and overseeing food and service quality while providing exceptional hospitality and cultivating relationships with internal and external guests.

OVERVIEW :

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the oversight and coordination of planning, hiring, training and leading initiatives aimed at achieving established objectives in sales, cost management, employee retention, guest experience, food quality, and adherence to cleanliness and sanitation standards.

GENERAL EXPECTATIONS :

• Act with the utmost integrity and professional knowledge to uphold the established culture, values, and mission of Ballyhoo Hospitality and its partners.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to cultivate a positive and respectful work environment.
• Ensure that all guests receive welcome, professional gracious service at all times
• Execute all job responsibilities with efficiency, respect, professionalism, teamwork, comprehensive knowledge, patience, keen awareness, compassion, and courtesy
• Possess a thorough understanding of all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training protocols
• Propose constructive solutions to issues and contribute actively to the decision-making processes
• Maintain clean and organized workstations that are cohesive with the restaurant’s philosophy, culture and standards of excellence.
