Key Responsibilities
Manage customer relationships, conducting regular check-ins and business reviews to ensure goal achievement and value realization
Deliver training and onboarding support, tailoring content to customer needs and assisting in change management efforts
Monitor customer health metrics and collaborate with internal teams to drive retention, satisfaction, and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer success, account management, or implementation within healthcare SaaS or healthtech
Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare leaders and practice managers
Experience designing and delivering training programs for diverse audiences
Strong project management and organizational skills
Comfort with data analysis and customer health metrics
