Facey Medical Group is seeking a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join an exceptional team in a pain management role. This position will be serving two locations, one in Valencia and the other in Mission Hills, with candidates starting out working exclusively at the Valencia location. As an interventional and pain management advanced practice clinician, candidates must be able to treat and diagnose chronic pain conditions such as neck and low back pain. Treatments that are offered by our clinic include medications, therapy, epidurals, and injections. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated and experienced team in a role that directly improves the quality of care for patients across Southern California.

Facey Medical Group Clinics provide high-quality and award-winning care across the San Fernando, Santa Clarita and Simi Valleys in Southern California. Affiliated with Providence, these clinics operate in a medical foundation model, offering a comprehensive slate of clinical services including primary care, medical specialists, surgeons (general/specialists), OBGYN, pediatrics, hospitalists, lab and radiology. The clinics also partner closely with community specialists to improve the wellness of the areas they serve.

Mission Hills is located about eight miles northwest of Burbank in north Los Angeles County. This area, the northern San Fernando Valley and neighboring Santa Clarita Valley, is among the fastest-growing in all of Southern California.
