ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Dynamic and growing manufacturing company seeking highly motivated candidate to play a critical role supporting
the Accounts Receivable function. Duties include optimizing billing and collections, monitor aging reports, deduction
validations, cash flow management, and maintaining an open line of communication with the Sales and Customer
Success team to resolve account discrepancies. Additional duties include account reconciliations, period-end close
activities, data analysis, and cross-training for other essential accounting functions. This position will also assist with
internal/external audits and other special projects.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work
experience (5+ years in accounts receivable or related areas.)

· Exhibits clear and concise written and verbal communication.
· Maintains professionalism and reacts well under pressure.
· Ability to work both independently and with a team.
· Attention to detail, organized and adaptable, excellent problem-solving skills.
· Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
· Hands-on experience with ERP software.
