Position Summary
Contribute to the development and administration of compensation programs that promote fairness, compliance, and efficiency. Partner with various teams to analyze data, maintain accurate records, and support process improvements.
Core Responsibilities
- Validate compensation updates for accuracy and policy compliance.
- Recommend enhancements to compensation system workflows.
- Assist with salary benchmarking and market analysis.
- Prepare reports and maintain dashboards for compensation metrics.
- Manage bonus program activities, including eligibility checks and documentation.
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement best practices.
Qualifications
Experience with compensation platforms (e.g., Payfactors or similar).Strong analytical ability and advanced Excel skills.Skilled at prioritizing tasks and communicating with stakeholders.High attention to detail and commitment to compliance.Preferred Experience
3+ years in compensation or related field.Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday or equivalent).Employee Benefits
