Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Primary Care Provider (IM|FM) with at least 2-3 years of Medicare Advantage experience.
Overview:
Monday-Friday 8-5 no weekends
Busy from Day 1, Existing Patient Panel
Develop patient strategies to reduce hospitalization, ER visits
Minimal Call, Phone call only

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Completed US residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Board Certified or Board Eligible
