Job Summary:
The Senior Academic Success Associate will develop and facilitate presentations and programming to support academic success and educational outcomes across the medical school curriculum. This role will support all academic transitions and medical school milestones with a special focus on pre-clerkship education. The incumbent will meet individually with identified students to create a unique educational plan, offer specific resources, and monitor student progress. The incumbent will assist in career development initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master Degree in Higher Education or Counseling required with at least one year of relevant experience. Experience with Career and/or Academic Advising required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with medical school advising preferred.

Monday-Friday
