Job Duties :
- Responsible for updating and maintaining contract files; they also acquire goods, services, and supplies through the competitive bid process under the direction of the Senior Buyers
- Processes purchase orders and provides clerical support for the Purchasing Administrator and Senior Buyers
- Serves as backup for the Mail Room and Office Services functions during busy times and in the event of an associate's absence.
