This role coordinates the scheduling of tests and procedures for outpatient services, manages the Orders Manager software to index physician orders, and prepares patient estimates. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient patient care.

  • After 90 days of employment and successful training in this position, you will be eligible to work from home.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the scheduling of tests and procedures for outpatient services, ensuring a smooth experience for patients.
  • Manage the Orders Manager software to efficiently index incoming physician orders.
  • Assist in preparing patient estimates as time permits, contributing to the overall efficiency of our services.

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare or a medical office setting.
