Clinical Director

Pay: Negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business strategies to assist the program to realize business goals
• Oversee the clinical staff and ensure adherence to best practices and organizational policies
• Provide oversight and leadership for clinical documentation training and compliance regarding clinical audits (DMAS and Insurance MCO Audits)
• Provide clinical supervision and support to therapists and other clinical staff.
• Communicate with patients’ healthcare providers for continuity of care for patients.
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

• Master's degree in a rehabilitation discipline (Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech-Language Pathology) required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or a related field. Preferred
• (2-3) years of clinical work experience in pediatric services
• Licensed and/or eligible for license as required in the state of Virginia
• Experience with payroll and billing
• 2 or 3 years experience in a supervisory role or clinical director role. Preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment when making decisions.
