Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled AI / ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and artificial intelligence solutions that drive business value and support our cutting-edge projects. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in data science, software engineering, and ML algorithms, and is passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, build, and optimize machine learning models and AI solutions tailored to specific business challenges.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources, ensuring high quality for modeling and analysis.
• Stay current with industry trends, research advancements, and best practices in AI and ML to incorporate innovative techniques into projects.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy models into production environments, ensuring scalability, robustness, and continuous performance monitoring.
• Work cross-functionally with data scientists, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Establish evaluation metrics to assess model performance and iterate on solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Document code, model iterations, and methodologies; provide detailed reports and presentations on project status and outcomes.

Estimated Hiring Range :

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $102,400.00 to $179,000.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
